COER Medical College of Ayurveda and Hospital was established in 2020 under the chairmanship of Shri J. C. Jain with a primary focus on advancing Ayurveda education and learning. The institute introduced its Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS) program starting from the academic session 2021-2022. It operates a 60-bed hospital equipped with modern medical facilities, including a Yoga center, Physiotherapy unit, and Panchkarama unit.
Affiliated with Uttarakhand Ayurveda University, the institute is committed to transforming into a premier academic center for Ayurvedic education and research. Courses
COER Medical College of Ayurveda offers the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), a comprehensive undergraduate program spanning 4.5 years of academic study and 1 year of compulsory rotatory internship. Eligibility criteria for B.A.M.S
(Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery):
- Applicant must have completed their Intermediate (12th grade) from Uttarakhand board, CBSE board, or any other recognized board.
- Minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects.
- The candidate must have cleared the NEET examination.
- Age requirement: Above 17 years at the time of admission.
