Innovation & Incubation Centre
COER University transcends traditional academics, emerging as a hub for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship.
The COER Incubation and Innovation Council (CIIC) serves as a dynamic bridge between academic learning and real-world application, offering an ecosystem that nurtures both startups and student internships. By integrating advanced technologies like 3D printing, laser cutting, AI tools, and a fully equipped prototyping lab in the form of a Tinkering Lab the CIIC empowers students to convert their ideas into tangible products and services. The incubation process supports startups from ideation to execution by offering structured mentorship, access to industry experts, seed funding opportunities, business development assistance, and networking platforms. At the same time, CIIC strengthens internship prospects by collaborating with industry partners, providing students with project-based learning opportunities, and involving them in ongoing startup operations within the incubator. This hands-on experience not only enhances their technical and entrepreneurial skills but also prepares them for leadership roles in the future job market. Interns often transition into full-time roles within startups or launch their own ventures with the knowledge gained.
