COER University ensures the safety and privacy of students by providing separate hostels for boys and girls.
Each hostel is equipped with the necessary security measures with CCTVs, Fire extinguishers to create a secure living space.
Spacious and semi-furnished rooms are available on single or double occupancy basis.
Indoor games are accessible in all hostels, Common basketball and volleyball courts are also available.
A café in front of Ashok Bhawan serves tea, coffee, milk, soup and snacks from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- The campus features two hostels for girls, offering comfortable and secure accommodations.
- Indoor games are available in both hostels and the common basketball court is located near Gupti Sagar Bhawan.
- A café counter within the girls' mess premises serves tea and snacks in the evening until 11:00 PM.

The mess serves hostel students all three meals, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cleanliness and hygiene are given the utmost importance in the mess. For students who are fasting, special food is offered. The mess facility is regularly inspected and monitored by the university administration. The mess menu is prepared and monitored by the hostlers in collaboration with the authorities to guarantee that the meals are of high quality, nutritious and delicious.
