Training Programs @ COER University
COER University's training programs are carefully crafted to improve students' employability skills using a methodical and thorough approach. This SOP's goal is to guarantee a methodical approach to the preparation, implementation, and assessment of placement training sessions.
The goal of these training sessions is to provide students with the necessary tools, such as technical knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and interview preparation. With workshops, practice interviews, industry contacts, and soft skills training, students acquire the abilities, self-assurance, and information needed to succeed in hiring. Our goal is to increase placement success by bridging the gap between academic learning and industrial expectations.

Planning Phase
Identifying Training Needs
Analyze industry trends and job requirements to identify relevant skills and knowledge areas.
Conduct surveys or assessments among students to understand their specific training needs and preferences.
Curriculum Development
Develop a comprehensive curriculum covering technical skills, soft skills, aptitude, and interview preparation.
Collaborate with industry experts, faculty members, and alumni to design relevant training modules.
Implementation Phase
Training Delivery
Schedule regular training sessions according to the designed curriculum.
Ensure trainers are qualified, experienced, and equipped to deliver effective training.
Encourage interactive learning methods including lectures, workshops, case studies, group discussions, and mock interviews.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Monitor student attendance and participation in training sessions.
Collect feedback from students and trainers to assess the effectiveness of training modules.
Conduct periodic evaluations to measure student progress and identify areas for improvement.
Support Phase
Mock Interviews
Arrange mock interview sessions with industry professionals to simulate real-world interview scenarios.
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their interview skills and confidence.
In addition to regular training classes, we offer specialized coaching and support for competitive exams such as the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examinations. Experienced trainers and comprehensive study materials ensure that students are well-prepared to tackle these challenging exams.
