Student welfare is our top priority at COER University; from issues to solutions, we put each student's safety, development, and well-being first. Through co-curricular activities, mentorship programs, claim redressal procedures, and counseling services, our committed Student Welfare Cell actively helps students. We make sure that students feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their time on campus, regardless of their academic difficulties, mental health issues, or worries about campus life.

Student’s Grievance Cell
COER University's Student Grievance Cell is committed to making sure that student issues are resolved in a fair, open, and prompt manner. It provides a private, easily accessible forum for students to voice complaints about their studies, the administration, or private issues. The cell promotes accountability and trust by resolving issues in a honest and positive manner, which helps to create a welcoming, inclusive, and peaceful campus community where all students are treated with respect and feel heard.
Student code of Conduct
The University emphasizes the maintenance of discipline. Students are required to comply with University Policies and Regulations. The University aims to deal with all disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner. The University believes in promoting a safe and efficient climate by enforcing behavioral standards. All the students must uphold academic integrity, and respect all persons and COER University rights and property & safety of others.

Farewell Party
An annual Farewell Party is held by COER University's Student Welfare Department to honor the achievements of graduating students. The celebration is a wonderful farewell, full of dancing, music, joy, and moving remarks. The relationship between students and faculty is strengthened, enduring memories are created, and their journey is honored. The farewell fosters a sentimental and cozy environment, guaranteeing that graduates depart with pride and a strong bond with their university.

Parent’s Day
In order to guarantee a cooperative approach to student development, COER University hosts Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) twice per semester. Both academic achievement and mental health are the main topics of these discussions. Parents talk about mental health, early warning signs, and support techniques with counselors, mentors, and the Student Welfare Team. The university creates a supportive environment that encourages each student's overall development and achievement by embracing parental insights.

Inter Hostel Cultural Event
