Biography

An enthusiastic and dedicated legal academic, I possess a strong foundation in constitutional law, human rights, and public law. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the College of Legal Studies, COER University, Roorkee, I am also pursuing a Ph.D. in Law with coursework completed. I hold a BBA in Human Resource Management, an LL.B from D.A.V. College, Dehradun, and an LL.M from Jigyasa University (formerly Himgiri Zee University). My teaching approach emphasizes critical thinking, legal reasoning, and inclusivity, and I am passionate about guiding students toward academic excellence. With experience in legal research, curriculum development, and organizing seminars, moot courts, and workshops, I actively contribute to academic forums. I have presented research papers at national and international conferences, including at Panjab University and MIMT Greater Noida, earning recognition for Best Paper on “One Nation, One Election.” I have also authored book chapters on environmental law and equality rights. Beyond academia, I have led cultural committees, judged moot court competitions, and participated in performing arts. With strong communication and analytical skills, I aim to contribute meaningfully to legal scholarship and education within progressive institutions that value innovation, integrity, and social responsibility. I am hardworking, sincere, and committed to both personal and institutional growth.

• One book chapter authored by Dr. Jageshwar Nath Singh, Dr. Siddharth Thapliyal, and Dr. Ali Mahmood Yahaya was published in the Parth Publication (Law Book Series), in the book titled Environmental Laws, Health and Sustainability Development.
