Biography

Priyanka Mittal Agarwal is an accomplished legal scholar, educator, and researcher with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student development. Born on March 5, 1988, in India, she has built a distinguished career in law, blending teaching, research, and advocacy. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Law Department at COER University since August 2024, she brings extensive experience in legal education, curriculum development, and interdisciplinary research. A prolific researcher, Priyanka has published in Scopus-indexed journals such as the European Chemical Bulletin and the African Journal of Biomedical Research, focusing on cybercrime, cybersecurity laws, and comparative legal studies. She has authored book chapters on environmental governance, women’s rights, and sustainable development, showcasing her interdisciplinary expertise. Her research has been presented at international conferences, including IEEE and Eurasian forums, where she discussed emerging legal technologies and jurisdictional challenges. Beyond academia, Priyanka actively participates in workshops, webinars, and capacity- building programs on topics like research methodology, alternative dispute resolution, and human rights. Her engagement in these initiatives highlights her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
