Biography

Ms. Shalini tyagi currently working in COER University. She completed BBA from IMS Roorkee in 2010, MBA from COER-SM in 2012 and M.com from Uttrakhand open university in 2016. Her Research area is Human Resource Management. She have 6 year experience of working in BRD college of management and sciences Roorkee. She has published Three research paper namely The Potential impact of Covid 19 on Indian trade and economy and A Study on Impact of transformational leadership on Employee Turnover and Job Satisfaction: A Literature Review in ANWESH. She attended four FDP. She completed two NPTEL courses namely Managing change in organization and Organizational Behavior and completed Nine Coursera courses.
