At COER College of Paramedical Sciences, we understand that a strong foundation in paramedicine is built not only on theoretical knowledge but also on practical experience.

Anatomy and Physiology Lab

A well-equipped learning environment featuring human skeleton models, dissection specimens, 3D anatomical charts, cadaveric learning resources, and virtual anatomy tools. Student gain a comprehensive understanding of gross anatomy, osteology, organ systems, and anatomical relationships that form the foundation of clinical practice.

This laboratory is equipped with spirometers, ECG machines, blood pressure apparatus, pulse oximeters, stethoscopes, sphygmomanometers, and hematology instruments. Students conduct experiments related to cardiovascular, respiratory, neuromuscular, and sensory physiology, thereby gaining practical insight into normal human body functions.

Computer lab

Computer Lab at Paramedical college provides a learning atmosphere to the students so that they can acquaint themselves with the computer applications and skills. The lab is fully air conditioned and equipped with 10 fully functional PC with WI-FI and printer facilities.It has fast internet connection. It is well ventilated with high configuration computers available for training and practice purposes.

  • Pathology Lab

    The Pathology Laboratory is a comprehensive diagnostic facility equipped with microscopes, microtomes, staining racks, tissue processors, and hematology instruments. The laboratory provides training in hematology, cytology, histopathology, and clinical pathology. Students gain practical experience in blood analysis, tissue examination, slide preparation, and diagnostic reporting.

  • Biochemistry Lab

    A modern laboratory featuring automated analyzers, colorimeters, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and all essential biochemical testing instruments. The lab supports learning in clinical chemistry, enzymology, endocrinology, and metabolic functions, enabling students to perform accurate biochemical investigations with precision and safety.

X-Ray Lab

The institution houses a dedicated imaging room equipped with digital X-ray machines, protective lead barriers, radiographic cassettes, grids, and positioning devices. The facility adheres to radiation safety standards and enables students to gain hands-on experience in radiographic techniques, patient positioning, image processing, and quality control.

The exercise demonstration lab in the Department of Physiotherapy is equipped with various exercise therapy equipment. Equipment is used to demonstrate various techniques of exercise therapy. The students learn techniques of exercise therapy which they apply on patients during their treatment.

The Electrotherapy demonstration lab in the Department of Physiotherapy is equipped with various electrotherapy modalities. Modalities are used to demonstrate various techniques of electrotherapy. The students learn various skills of treatment which they will use while treating the patient.

Optometry Lab

The department is equipped with a fully functional vision-testing facility featuring retinoscopes, slit lamps, trial lens sets, auto-refractors, lensometers, phoropters, and vision charts. Students receive hands-on training in eye examination techniques, refraction, optical dispensing, and visual acuity assessment, enabling them to develop the competencies required for professional optometry practice.

Physiotherapy Lab

A fully equipped lab designed to train students in therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques is available on campus. The lab includes IFT, TENS, Ultrasound therapy units, Traction machines, Paraffin wax bath, Muscle stimulators, CPM machines, and a dedicated area for electrotherapy and exercise therapy. Students gain hands-on experience in patient assessment, manual therapy, and rehabilitation protocols.

MRI Centre

The MRI Centre features state-of-the-art magnetic resonance imaging technology to offer detailed and non-invasive diagnostic imaging. This facility specializes in producing high-resolution images of soft tissues, organs, and other internal structures, aiding in the diagnosis of a wide range of medical conditions. The center is staffed by experienced radiologists and technicians who ensure accurate imaging and patient comfort throughout the procedure. Safety measures and protocols are strictly followed to provide a secure environment for patients.

Ultrasound Machine

The Ultrasound Machine provides real-time imaging for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. Utilizing high-frequency sound waves, this non-invasive technology produces images of internal organs, tissues, and blood flow. It is commonly used for monitoring pregnancies, diagnosing abdominal conditions, and guiding certain medical procedures. The machine is operated by trained sonographers who ensure accurate imaging and patient comfort, contributing to effective clinical decision-making.
