B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) is a combination of B.B.A. and LL.B. subjects taught over a period of 5 years. In the first two years, B.B.A. subjects are pre-dominant with relatively fewer LL.B. subjects.
B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) aims to create a brand new race of Corporate Lawyers who would not only understand the intricacies of business but be equally well-versed in the nuances of Corporate Laws and Regulatory Affairs. Students gain valuable insights in both the business functions like finance, human resource management, marketing, international business and corporate laws in the fields of Banking, Corporate Governance, Investment, Competition, Insurance and Mergers and Acquisitions.
B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) provides an integrated understanding of the inter relation of management studies and law in their entity than in specified areas. Law in Business Administration covers a vast domain of the contemporary areas of managerial relevance and provides the students an opportunity to focus on strategies to manage business in fast-evolving global environments, with a strong emphasis on entrepreneurship, the impact of technology on commerce, managing the emerging markets of Asia and other global issues.
