Biography
Dr. Jyoti Saxena is the Principal of the Paramedical Department at Coer College of Paramedical Sciences, Coer University. Holding degrees in BPT and MPT with a specialization in Neurological Disorders, she is currently pursuing her PhD. Dr. Saxena brings with her 25 years of rich experience in physiotherapy education and clinical practice. Her scholarly contributions include several research publications on back pain, neck pain, and headache management, focusing on innovative therapeutic techniques. She has a deep research interest in stroke management, cerebral palsy, backward walking therapy, and neurodevelopmental treatments. Dr. Saxena is a member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapy and the Roorkee Association of Physiotherapy. In recognition of her service, she received the Excellence Award from St. Mary’s Hospital, Najibabad. She continues to inspire and guide the next generation of paramedical professionals.
