Biography

Dr. Vineet Singh Rawat was born and brought up in the spiritual city of Rishikesh, where he also completed his early education at Modern School, finishing both his 10th and 12th grades. From an early age, Dr. Rawat showed a deep interest in health sciences and human well-being, which naturally led him to pursue a career in physiotherapy. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Swami Rama Himalayan University (SRHU), laying a strong foundation in clinical care. His dedication to service was put to the ultimate test during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, when he worked at AIIMS, providing essential care in one of the country’s most critical times. This experience not only honed his clinical skills but also highlighted his resilience, compassion, and commitment to patient welfare. Pursuing further specialization, Dr. Rawat completed his Master’s degree in Cardiopulmonary and Intensive Care Physiotherapy. His professional journey then took him to Divine Hospital, where he continued working closely with patients, enhancing his expertise in critical care. After eight months at Divine, Dr. Rawat embraced academia, taking on the role of Assistant Professor at Coer University. Here, he seamlessly blends his clinical knowledge with teaching, mentoring aspiring physiotherapists and shaping the future of healthcare education.
