Workshop on “Innovation & Diversity - COMET’24”

The objective of the "Innovation & Diversity - COMET’24" workshop, part of IIT Roorkee's Annual Career Odyssey, was to create a dynamic platform that brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds to explore and enhance the symbiotic relationship between innovation and diversity. The workshop aimed to:

• Promote Inclusive Innovation: Encourage participants to understand and leverage the power of diverse perspectives in driving innovative solutions.
• Educate and Inspire: Provide knowledge and inspiration through keynote speeches, panel discussions, and workshops led by industry leaders and experts.
• Develop Skills: Enhance participants' skills in areas such as inclusive leadership, design thinking, and cultural competency through interactive sessions and hands-on activities.
