Roorkee has always been a city that builds the future. As the birthplace of modern engineering education in India, this land carries an extraordinary legacy. At COER University, I am privileged to be part of that continuing story.

I come to this role with two and a half decades of experience in higher education leadership, having served as a Vice-Chancellor across some of India's most dynamic private universities. Karnataka's first private university stands as one of the milestones of my academic leadership journey, alongside establishing several new academic schools and units that rank among the finest in the country today. I have forged extensive international partnerships with universities spanning continents and led institutions to the highest national and international accreditations. These experiences have given me a deep conviction that a university's truest measure of success is the quality and character of the graduates it sends into the world.

At COER University, I see a strong institutional foundation, a dedicated faculty and an enormous appetite for growth. My vision is of a university that competes globally, integrates cutting-edge research with outcome-based learning and builds deep industry linkages to transform classroom knowledge into career-ready competence.
