Dean – Academic Affairs & Head IQAC

It is a privilege to be associated with COER University, Roorkee, and to contribute to its journey of academic excellence, innovation, and institutional transformation.

In today’s rapidly changing world, higher education must go beyond conventional teaching and learning. Our responsibility is to create an academic environment where students develop knowledge, skills, creativity, critical thinking, ethical values, and the confidence to solve real- world problems. At the same time, we must continuously empower our faculty to excel in teaching, research, innovation, and professional development.

Our focus is to strengthen academic systems, enhance the quality of teaching and learning, promote outcome-based education, encourage meaningful research and innovation, and build stronger connections between academia, industry, and society. I believe that quality is not merely a requirement for accreditation—it is a continuous culture of improvement and excellence.

Our vision is to work collaboratively with faculty, students, staff, and leadership to build an institution where academic excellence, research, innovation, integrity, and inclusiveness become an integral part of everyday university life.

Together, we can create an ecosystem where every student gets the opportunity to discover their potential, every faculty member gets the opportunity to grow, and the institution creates a meaningful and lasting impact on society.

Let us learn, innovate, collaborate, and lead—together.
