Biography

Dr. Sunita Rani (Ph.D., Gurukul Kangri University Haridwar in 2008) is presently working as an Assistant Professor and Deputy HOD of Applied Sciences and Humanities in COER University, Roorkee. Earlier She served in Mullana University, Hindustan Institute of Technology and Management and Punjab group of colleges. She has total academics experience of more than 18 years. She has her specialization in teaching the Communication skill, Business Communication, Professional skills, and Soft Skills, Grammar Phonetics, Universal Human Values, Personality Development Skills, Communication Language Labs English language, Communication Skills and Interpersonal Soft Skills.

Dr. Sunita made a very significant contribution to research. She has published various research papers in national/international journals with high repute. She has published 2 books and planning for three publications in the year 2024. She has invited as a resource person in Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya and Harsh Vidya Mandir PG College. She has attended a no of FDP, Seminars, Conferences and other activities related to academics. Apart from academics, she has received 5 awards and a Lifetime membership of I20R, Society. She has co-ordinated no of events conducted in university. She organized many co-curricular activities and events in all the work environment she associated with. She is the convener of Linguistic committee. She is the co-ordinator of research for Applied Sciences and Humanities.
