4th National Pharmacovigilance Week – 2024

The College of Pharmacy at COER University celebrated the 4th National Pharmacovigilance Week - 2024 by hosting a guest lecture on Pharmacovigilance and Patient Safety.

This annual initiative, organized by the Indian Pharmacopoeial Commission (IPC), Ghaziabad, under the Pharmacovigilance Program of India (PvPI), aims to raise awareness on Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) reporting. The theme for this year's National Pharmacovigilance Week is: "Building an ADR Reporting Culture for Patient Safety." The event focused on enhancing ADR reporting awareness among consumers, patients, and healthcare professionals. Dr. Mamta F. Singh, Professor and Principal of the College of Pharmacy, served as the resource person. Approximately 150 students and faculty members from the Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, and Ayurveda departments attended the event.
