Hospital visit at Shri Swami Bhumanand Hospital

The College of Pharmacy, COER University organized this Hospital visit to expose our Pharmacy students to the practical aspects of pharmaceutical practices within a hospital setting. The experience was enlightening and enhanced the understanding of students regarding the role of pharmacists in the healthcare sector. Shri Swami Bhumanand Hospital is located in Jwalapur, Haridwar.

The primary objectives of the Hospital visit were as follows:

• To provide students with firsthand exposure to pharmaceutical settings, emphasizing practical aspects of drug dispensing, patient interaction, and healthcare teamwork, enriching their educational experience.
• To provide medications listed in the formulary, ensuring effective treatment while adhering to the hospital’s standards and guidelines.
• To familiarize students with the corporate culture, sustainability practices, and quality standards followed by Shri Swami Bhumanand Hospital.
