COER University organized a significant event titled "Uttarakhand Utsav" to commemorate Uttarakhand Foundation Day. The event featured a variety of cultural, educational, and informative sessions designed to honor the state's rich heritage and history. The program included discussions on the importance of Uttarakhand’s culture, environment, and contributions, fostering a deeper connection to the state’s identity. Students presented a skit that depicted the formation of the state of Uttarakhand and highlighted the significant lifestyle changes experienced by its people after its establishment.
